Former Gaming Board for Great Britain chief inspector Graham White has seen his tenure as chairman of the Jersey Gambling Commission extended by a year.

As chairman, White has advised the States of Jersey on opening up for gambling and guided the island’s authorities towards its present position as a licensing jurisdiction.
His 10-year contract has now expired, but the Jersey government has extended it for another 12 months, until October 1, 2016. White told InterGame: “I am delighted. There is still much to accomplish.
"We are about to hear the results of a remote gambling consultation exercise, which will be interesting.”
