I-gaming company Gaming Innovation, which has offices based in Malta, Marbella, Gibraltar, Oslo and Kristiansand, has reported its highest ever revenues.

For the first quarter of 2017, the company has reported that revenues are up 193 per cent from Q1 2016. Operating revenues are €23.1m, a seven per cent increase from €21.5m in Q4 2016, with a three per cent increase in B2C revenues and a 24 per cent increase in B2B revenues.
During the quarter, the company also successfully raised SEK400m through a bond issue, securing funding for future acquisitions, primarily targeting affiliate networks.
“Results for the first quarter of 2017 reflect our focus on building business volumes,” said Robin Reed, chief executive officer of GIG. “We invested extensively in marketing, acquired the largest affiliate to date, signed seven new brands and contracts to the iGaming Cloud platform and continued to develop the next generation online casino.
“Our vision is to make the i-gaming industry an open and connected ecosystem for the benefit of all. The recent development and acquisitions contributes to the realisation of this strategy.”
