Alderney Gambling Control Commission has confirmed it is in early stage discussions with Full Tilt and a third party regarding the prospective refinancing of the company.

The objective of these discussions is to enable the site, which was closed down last week, to re-open to its current and prospective players.

AGCC has stated that contrary to current reports circulating, it has not authorised any statement by legal counsel in this regard and has no knowledge of the comments attributed.
