Electronic money institution Aircash’s Vienna, Austria-based holding company has secured a licence in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Aircash CE was set up in 2024 with Udo Müller as CEO. It oversees the company’s operations in markets such as Switzerland, Serbia, Montenegro and Albania.

The holding company has now obtained a licence from the Republika Srpska Banking Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Aircash said it is the first entity in the country to receive such a licence.

It added that it is now preparing to launch its financial solutions in the market in “the coming months.”

“At Aircash, our goal is to redefine how people access and manage their money, ensuring secure and innovative financial services across Europe and beyond,” said Müller.

“We have a strong local team in every country where we apply for a licence, and with each new market, we bring our vision of financial efficiency to more users, providing tailored solutions.

“Securing this license in Bosnia and Herzegovina is a significant step towards our mission of making digital transactions faster, simpler, and more accessible for everyone.”
