An Australian media and communications watchdog has requested internet service providers to block another collection of online gambling brands and affiliates it says are illegal.
JokaRoom, Instant Casino and Wild Pokies are among the latest sites the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has requested be blocked.
The watchdog says that 1,154 illegal gambling and affiliate websites have been blocked since its first blocking request in 2019.
It added that around 220 sites have withdrawn from the Australian market since 2017.
