RK: In the past year, artificial intelligence has made huge strides across all sectors. In healthcare, AI has led to better diagnostics and personalised treatments. In finance, it’s improved things like predictive analytics and fraud detection. Supply chains and logistics are running smoother thanks to better forecasting and automation, and customer service has been revolutionised by sophisticated chatbots and virtual assistants.
