Social gaming platform giant Facebook has announced its most popular 10 games for 2011.
According to Facebook, the list was compiled by looking at the top games on the site with more than 100,000 monthly active users and giving priority to those games with the highest user satisfaction scores. "The result is a list of the games that received the most user recommendations in 2011," said a spokesperson from the site.
Zynga's Cityville, which is consistently the most played game on the site and has been so for a year, was expected by many to get the top spot, however it came third with Gardens of Time at number one.
