Sega Amusement International’s latest game, Big Sea Fishing, is reeling in the crowds.

The four-player game brings the popular sport and hobby of fishing to the arcade, with players assuming the role of a deep-sea fisher as they aim to catch the most fish before time runs out.
Good hand-eye co-ordination is required to angle the hook to catch the biggest fish. The bigger the fish is, the more points added to the player’s score, but the harder it is to reel in, with the force-feedback controller providing the player with a realistic fishing sensation.
Once the timer runs out, tickets are awarded based on the number of points scored, meaning that every second counts. Multiple power-ups help players along the way, including Quick Hook, Multi-Hook and Net Area Capture.
Gameplay is quick and easy to understand, making it suitable for players of all ages, while an ever-changing sea encourages repeat play.
The game is housed in a sea-themed cabinet and boasts themed seats to create an immersive fishing experience. The cabinet is lit with blue LED edge lighting and all the action is displayed on dual 65ins 2K monitors.
