A skating rink in North Carolina, US, has overhauled its systems to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Kate’s Skating Rinks has chosen Semnox Solutions intergrated platform for its sites, which will take care of sales, ticketing, gameplay, F&B and online party booking services. The system will also allow the operator to access reports to inform business decisions and chart growth.
Kate’s has been operating for more than 60 years and is owned by Billie Thompson, the grandson of the original owner.
Thompson said: “I feel that there's more growth opportunity with the Semnox platform because of just how willing you guys have been to work with us on development, whether it's programming things or creating the platforms.”
