The proposed plans show an indoor entertainment space of around 46,000sq.ft and an outdoor recreational space of around 52,000sq.ft.

A wide range of entertainment options are planned for the location, including 14 tenpin and 12 duckpin lanes of bowling, five axe throwing lanes, an arcade with two party rooms and a redemption store, as well as cornhole and bocce courts.

Skyline Social and Games’ second location is also expected to contain a restaurant and a large bar with both indoor and outdoor seating.

RDL Architects, the planners of the new venue, said: “The goal of the new location was to replicate the brand familiarity in a new region while enhancing the space from a design standpoint.

“This new location of Skyline Social and Games draws on the foundation of the Duluth location while incorporating a more industrial aesthetic, including tumbled brick, reclaimed barnwood and vintage tin panels.”

The planned venue is pending approval from the local authorities.
