Axel Herr's departure from the post of managing director at major German AWP manufacturer Bally Wulff Entertainment has resulted in the appointment of three successors. The role has been divided between Tim Wittenbecher, Sascha Blodau and Wolfram Seifert, who are all now joint managing directors.

The departure of Herr, at the end of May, was by mutual agreement, and InterGame understands that it was very amicable, Herr considering that he had "achieved all that I had set out to do at BWE."

Wittenbecher is the best-known of the top BWE management team, having successfully led the company’s sales and marketing activities for some years. He will continue to handle that role in addition to overseeing products and partnerships with other manufacturers.

Blodau has run the BWE finance department for four years and will continue to do so, adding staffing and production responsibilities. Seifert is the only newcomer, installed by BWE’s new owners. He is a management consultant with considerable experience in top-level positions with a number of major companies.
