A rural property in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, US, has been renovated and will open as a venue with an arcade, outdoor spaces and an F&B offering.
The Quad will feature a large arcade alongside an indoor and outdoor taproom, offering a wide range of food and drinks to guests. Large TVs will also adorn the walls, showing sports and other live events.
The Quad will be available to book for private events, with a number of spaces available for parties large and small.
It will be operated by Quigley’s Pint & Plate, which already runs a similar venue nearby.
