Sega Amusements International described IAAPA 2023 as “an incredibly successful event for the company.”
The company said Apex Rebels stole the spotlight while Hyper Cross, which also debuted at the show, excited operators with its innovative approach to motion games.
Sega said another game that attracted large crowds was Zombies Ready Deady Go! and also in the redemption category, the new competitive twist on the original hit BOP IT! Arcade went down well with players and operators.
Other games that attracted attention, Sega said, were Ballzania, a classic pinball-style redemption game with a new twist, and the Capto family of prize games, particularly the new Capto Candy sweet crane, with new gradient lighting.
In the social entertainment category, meanwhile, Augmented Reality Darts, with new camera and instant replay features, garnered a lot of attention.
