THE amusements industry has gone through many changes over the decades – technology improves, tastes change and trends develop.
One of the aspects of it that has never changed, however, is redemption’s importance. Its broad appeal and eye-catching presence on a games floor has formed the spine of the industry for decades, and this only looks to continue in the years to come, said Bay Tek’s Mark Lenske.
