Stern Pinball has unveiled a new pinball machine celebrating the popular film franchise Guardians of the Galaxy, an intergalactic superhero team based on a Marvel comic book series.
As with Stern’s Star Wars pinball machine, there will be Pro, Premium and Limited Edition models.
The game features an interactive and ball-eating Groot, one of the franchise’s characters, while another, Rocket, will keep players on their toes by causing the ball to speed towards the paddles.
The Limited Edition and Premium models also feature extra magnets, custom artwork, RGB lighting and sculpted Groot arms that sprawl across the playfield.
“Guardians of the Galaxy is one of Marvel’s most exciting and successful franchises worldwide,” said Gary Stern, CEO of Stern Pinball. “We feel that this theme connects perfectly with pinball in creating a high-energy pinball experience.
