The new entertainment venue is set to be located on the waterfront close to the city centre, offering access to residents and visitors from other nearby areas.

Spanning 60,000sq.m of land, as well as 73,000sq.m of built-up space, the new leisure facility will include an indoor golf course, as well as an entertainment district with thrill rides.

Seven’s new entertainment destination will also feature a Hot Wheels-inspired electric karting track for enthusiasts to test their skill, in what’s described as an “adrenaline-filled racing experience” by Seven.

The leisure destination will also include a cinema complex, an indoor adventure centre and a number of cafes, restaurants and retail outlets.
