Technology solutions provider Semnox has recently installed its system at The DockX entertainment centre in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Semnox has provided tailored integrated hardware and software solutions to streamline business processes and elevate the overall guest experience at The DockX's.
The hardware implementation includes Parafait LuminOS “tap-to-play” readers for the arcade, XTER and XCCESS RFID and barcode readers for attractions, and swing barrier gates for access control.
The Semnox Klassic self-service kiosk, featuring a user-friendly interface, also enables guests to purchase new RFID cards, top up existing cards, check balances and card history, apply discount coupons, and make payments using notes, coins, and bank cards.
In addition to hardware solutions, Semnox has provided comprehensive software solutions, such as merchandise inventory management, an online reporting system hosted on AWS, and a robust membership and loyalty programme.
Other software solutions include F&B management, POS software, waiver management, on-site party booking, and reservation modules. The Parafait BizInsights analytics dashboard mobile app, online e-commerce card/wristband purchase website, and a smart fun mobile app for guests are also part of the offering.
