FEC technology solutions provider Semnox Solutions has helped transform Texas Entertainment Xperience (TEX), a 100,000sq.ft FEC.
Now known as TEX Fun & Social, this newly renovated venue features a diverse range of attractions utilising Semnox’s Parafait suite of solutions. It features eight lanes of bowling with a solid LED wall, new arcade games, laser tag, six lanes of axe throwing, four golf simulator suites, and pickle ball courts as well as a full restaurant and bar, large arcade and redemption area.
Semnox said the integration covers every aspect of the facility at TEX Fun & Social. This includes the point-of-sales system for transactions across multiple platforms, redemption management and inventory control. The arcade and attractions use RFID LUMIN game readers to enable “tap-to-play” functionality, RFID XTER attraction readers to manage access control, and self-service kiosks facilitate contactless transactions and game top-ups.
The integration also incorporates online party and event booking software, along with a streamlined waiver management system. This comprehensive suite of solutions ensures a smooth and efficient operation for TEX Fun & Social, enhancing customer engagement, operational efficiency, and overall facility management.
