Presented in a new four-player cabinet with 55ins HD screens, the bright LED game’s content is full of details that convey the feel of a high tech spy’s hideout, where the game takes place.

“It was not an easy licence to get a hold of,” said Justin Burke, general manager at Sega. “We have a really good relationship with Paramount but obviously they wanted to make sure we did their brand justice.”

Players can use a single trigger of the game’s new guns to fire a high accuracy shot or hold down both triggers for dual-wield burst damage to take down many enemies quickly.

Also on the stand was Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 Arcade Edition. Visitors can participate in 12 events, including gymnastics, rugby, discus throw, triple jump, 100m sprint, sport climbing, surfing and 100m freestyle, as well as four retro events. They can choose from a cast of 12 characters including Mario, Sonic, Luigi, Amy, Tails, Knuckles, Dr Eggman, Shadow, Yoshi, Wario, Bowser and Peach.

Players can choose between two modes: easy or athletics. In athletics mode, players must beat the target score to move on to the next event, while easy mode makes the game fun for all players. The game will be available as a standalone cabinet and as a conversion kit to upgrade the company’s last Rio 2016 cabinet.

Other machines on the stand included House of the Dead, ATV Slam, Transformers: Shadows Rising and Daytona Championship USA.
