Dave & Buster’s has announced the appointment of Scott Ross to the company’s board of directors.

Ross is the founder and managing partner of Hill Path Capital and was previously a partner at Apollo Management where he focused on private equity and debt investments. He also currently serves at the chairman of the board of directors of United Parks & Resorts, which operates the SeaWorld and Busch Gardens theme parks. Ross has previously served on the board of directors of CEC Entertainment, the parent company of Chuck E. Cheese
