Sandmagination, a children’s entertainment centre, is slated to open at the North Shore Mall in Peabody, Massachusetts, US, this spring.

The large indoor sandbox facility is designed to provide a sensory-rich environment that promotes creativity and learning through unstructured sand play for children aged 10 and under.
“We wanted to create a space where children could have fun, learn and explore at their own pace,” said Jason Stadtlander, co-founder of Sandmagination.
Designed by parents for families, Sandmagination will provide a year-round space for kids to explore, create and learn through interactive sand play.
The facility will also offer STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) based activities promoting cognitive development and creativity.
