Plans for the development of Bear Village Resort in Commerce, Georgia, are moving forward.
Thunder Energies has announced that it has successfully placed under contract a parcel of land, marking the first step in the project.
The location will provide an array of extreme adventure sports and will feature an FEC and indoor and outdoor racing tracks as well as an outdoor water park and adventure park.
There will also be a hotel, conference centre, residential units, restaurants and retail Outlets.
The Bear Village Resort is envisioned as a haven of relaxation and adventure, offering a unique blend of leisure, entertainment, and hospitality services.
