QubicaAMF has introduced a new technical support customer portal - a dedicated area of the website devoted to supporting customers' technical needs.

Officially launching this month, the customer portal is designed to provide customers access to technical information relating to scoring and management systems, pinspotters, front end products, amusement and aftermarket products.

A self-help area for customers contains training modules, troubleshooting guides, how-to videos, manuals and parts catalogues. In addition, customers can submit comments or questions directly to technical support, request new content to be uploaded on the site or provide a suggestion about how QubicaAMF can better serve them.

"We realise that customers need access to information in a way that is most convenient for them," said Michael Massey, vice president of the customer experience for QubicaAMF Worldwide.
