Major Spanish AWP distributor Comatel occupied premises last week and marked the occasion with a party for 450 specially-invited guests.

The new offices provided the venue, located in the old building in Valencia but with greatly expanded footprint, utilising adjoining land.
The company was able to gain another 2,200sq.m of warehousing and offices and were decorated to receive the high-profile guest-list. The event lasted all day beginning with a technical seminar and was followed by a tour of the old city. A pyrotechnic display started off the evening festivities that was notable for a giant paella. There was a series of live entertainment and diversions all day.
Comatel CEO Fidel Molina received an award for his company’s remarkable record of selling over 1,000 of the Roulette Grand Jeu multiplayer automatic table games from Amatic. The company was able to illustrate its Pastón.es, its online business featuring games from Evolution, Microgaming, Red Rake and BetConstruct. A raffle for a Multiline V24 was won by Juan Antonio Morato, an operator of the Locus Irúny Roulette arcades. Another draw, for an Amatic Roulette Grand Jeu 24 HX was Manuel Zafrilla Ballasteros, commercial director of Videomani 21st Century.
The day ended at midnight with another pyrotechnic show.
