PrimeTime Amusements, the US-based video arcade machine operator and supplier, has been selected for the 2013 Florida Excellence Award by the Small Business Institute for Excellence in Commerce.
Each year, the SBIEC conducts business surveys and industry research to identify companies that have achieved success in their local business environment and industry category. They are recognised as having enhanced the commitment and contribution of small businesses through service to their customers and community.
David Goldfarb, president of PrimeTime Amusements, said the company was “thrilled” to have won the award.
“Our goal is to continue to bring PrimeTime Amusements customers the most exciting entertainment in the industry, the most creative and unique foam statues, fun and well-run game rooms and fantastic customer service.”
One of the company’s most recent projects, the Shake Shoppe Arcade in New Jersey, which was a partnership between Goldfarb and local business and landowner Patti Hersey, opened its doors in May. The arcade formed part of the regeneration of Seaside Heights following the devastation of Hurricane Sandy in 2012.
