A new pinball arcade called Pop’s Pinball Parlor has opened in Medford, Massachusetts, US, opposite a music venue.
The arcade hopes to attract gig-goers from the venue opposite after the live music is over, describing the pinball arcade as a secret third option, instead of a bar or just milling around in the music space.
Medford’s Pop’s Pinball Parlour is the second store opened under the name, with the original location in Somerville originally opening in May 2023 as a pop-up venue.
Pop’s Pinball Parlor in Medford will contain a range of pinball classics, including The Addams Family.
Co-owner, Ty Ueda, aimed to include machines that can’t be found elsewhere as he said that most pinball arcades usually contain the same 10 tables.
