Long-term industry personality Lee Peppard has retired from his positions of Vice Chairman and Director of Marketing at Mida-Medalist Entertainment (Bangkok, Thailand).
Peppard retains his interests in Medalist Marketing in Seattle, US, and intends to continue supporting the Thai operation which has proved very successful for the company’s pool and darts products with strong tournament commitments.
He said: “After 10 years in Thailand and now at the age of 68, it is time to turn over the promotion and marketing responsibilities to the next generation. Medalist Marketing is a major stockholder in Mida-Medalist and their exclusive product pipeline for the Americas.”
He said that Medalist Marketing will launch Mida-Medalist’s online system for electronic dart boards in the US. Peppard will be assisting his son, Chris Peppard, President of Medalist Marketing, in the launch of the online system.
