The Pac-Man Live Experience is slated to launch in May within Active Games in Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE.
The 12-level adventure puts players into an immersive experience that features in-game effects like soundbites, lighting and haptic feedback.
Guests equip a “Pac vest” and play the role of the yellow chomper, scoring points and collecting power pellets while dodging the classic ghosts: Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde.
A spokesperson said: “The pressure is on. The stakes are high. Every move takes you closer to victory, or one step closer to defeat. Will you rise to the challenge, or will the game outrun you?”
The venue will also include a retro-themed café that will serve a range of food and beverages.
The Pac-Man Live Experience will open in May, but tickets go on sale from mid-April for those keen to book in advance.
