A private detective has offered an apology to Polish distributor Nowopol over an incident at the Surexpo show in 2003.

Krzysztof Rutkowski said: “I wish to apologise to Nowopol, its board of directors and shareholders, who became harmed as an effect of my actions.

“At the same time, I want to explain that the actions taken were inspired by the company Synot from Warsaw, which misled me and my employees concerning Nowopol’s trade activity.”
