A mall in the Queens borough of New York, US, has signed leases with two companies to expand its entertainment offering.

Skyview

The Shops at Skyview, located in Flushing, has inked deals with Round 1 Bowling and Arcade and Sky Zone Trampoline Park. It will be joined by a Jongro BBQ restaurant and will add more than 150,000sq.ft of entertainment to the mall.

Round 1 is a multi-attraction FEC brand that originated in Japan and offers a blend of bowling, arcades and crane games. Sky Zone’s parks welcome more than 40million guests per year and include attractions such as trampolines, climbing walls and slides.

Peter Maggio, executive vice president and chief revenue officer of ShopCore Properties, the owner of the Shops at Skyview, said: “With the addition of Round1, Sky Zone and Jongro, as well as our series of events and activations, we are providing guests with more incentives to lengthen their stay while also attracting new visitors with fresh and exciting experiences.

“We look forward to continuing to grow the centre’s leasing, occupancy and sales, and enhance this vibrant shopping destination serving local customers in the heart of Flushing.”
