Despite the current slow state of the UK amusement industry a new arcade in the Huntingdon area of the UK has been given the go ahead to open by a government inspector.

Last year Huntingdonshire District Council refused an application by Carey Leisure to turn the former Barclays Bank into an adult gaming arcade.

It is expected that the arcade will be up and running by the end of summer 2008, but Carey Leisure still needs to apply for permission for signage on the outside of the building.
