A new trade show focusing on social entertainment has been launched by the organisers of EAG Expo Europe.
The Social Immersive Entertainment Expo (SIEX) will be co-located alongside the next staging of EAG Expo on January 14-16, 2025 at ExCeL London, UK.
It will be a separated gated exhibition and will focus on the growth of the social entertainment and competitive socialisation market.
Three dedicated zones have been created for the show. The first, Immersive Entertainment, will look at the extended reality location-based entertainment business, including VR, MR and AR. The Competitive Play zone will focus on esports and video game wagering scene. Finally, the Social Entertainment zone will focus on the growing industry of competitive socialising, looking at the technology behind the games in this sector.
Alongside exhibition stands, the show will include demonstrations of entertainment hardware, as well as seminar sessions from leading names in the industry. There will also be a ticketed social mixer for those attending the show at a social entertainment venue in London.
