The Tap app for e-commerce software platform company Convious has reached 500,000 downloads as new features for the app have been introduced.

The app also features in-app messaging for targeted upselling opportunities, GPS with geo-fenced in-venue crowd management, heat-mapping data, access capacity management and mobile advertising.
Where the guest is concerned, Tap provides an e-wallet with automated AI-powered ticketing integration, conveniently storing all related booking information in one place. Visitors are able to order food, buy merchandise, find queue times and access an interactive map to plan their day.
