Tidal Force VR, a Manhattan, New York, US-based free-roam VR experience, premiered its new game on April 15.
Described as an intense zombie-themed experience, the immersive new game called Viral is set in a maximum-security prison overrun by the undead.
Players team up to fight their way through power through hordes of zombies to complete missions in order to find the key to humanity’s survival.
One beta tester of the game said: “This is hands-down the most realistic VR experience I've ever had,” while another tester added: “Playing alongside friends in real-time was amazing. The immersion was incredible — it felt like we were genuinely inside a movie.”
Viral is Tidal Force VR’s fifth game, following on from Skrimish, Defence, Tidal Force and Room K.
