The Max Fire jukebox has been the focus of TAB Austria's attention for some time now and, with new features introduced, the company plans to sign with the UK's Official Top 40 and launch a large-scale pub promotional campaign.
Spokesperson Karin Scheidl told InterGame: “Our plan for the coming year is to push further into the UK pub market with the Max Fire, and we are going to support pubs fully with marketing materials such as branded beer mats, signs and so on.
"We have also added new features including a ‘birthday option’, which allows users to enter their date of birth and see songs from all over the world that were number one when they were born.
"As well as this, all new models will have the capability to let customers choose whether to listen to a track or download it to a USB stick and take it away with them for the same price. This is feature which is unique to the Max Fire as far as I am aware."
TAB also plans to focus on its new double screen Go4Gold terminal for the gaming market.
