US-based Incredible Technologies has released the 20th Anniversary 2009 edition of Golden Tee Golf, one of the most popular coin-op video games to date.
Since it was introduced in 1989, more than 10 million people have played one billion games. It is thought that one of the reasons for the game’s success is the annual upgrades, full of new twists and challenges.
Elaine Hodgson, company president and chief executive officer said: “In test locations the response has been outstanding. We’re hoping to jump start earnings throughout our industry.”
This latest update comes loaded with five new courses and new features such as the Hit List, YouTube access, Great Shot Replays and Closest-to-the-Pin Live, to name a few.
