UK-based bowling operator King Pins is set to open its first Scottish venue in Glasgow this summer.

King Pins

King Pins Glasgow will feature both tenpin bowling and duckpin bowling, as well as AR darts, shuffleboard and ice-free curling. The venue will also include an arcade stocked with the latest games.

Located in the Silverburn Shopping Centre, King Pins’ newest location will occupy 21,000sq.ft and include an F&B offering with a bar serving a variety of drinks and cocktails.

James Travis, brand manager at King Pins, said: “We’re thrilled to bring King Pins to Glasgow and introduce a fresh and exciting activity experience to the city. Glasgow is the perfect location for our first venue in Scotland, and we are eager to be part of such a vibrant and dynamic community. We can’t wait to start welcoming guests and create unforgettable memories.”

King Pins launched its first two sites in Manchester in 2023 and 2024, before adding a Bristol venue earlier this year. Plans are already underway to bring the brand to Belfast and Leeds in the future.
