The IOA Group, the UK’s largest independent machine operator, has opened a new central office in Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire.
The new office will serve as the “nerve centre” of the organisation’s nationwide operations team and will be headed up by national account manager Nik Novak.
"The team at central office will effectively serve as the IOA's 21st depot,” Novak explained. “The central office focus is on the management activity of all IOA customer accounts, the coordination of operations, reporting, analysis and the broader distribution of business information crucial to the effective operation and management of machines for our national customer base.
“This is an important additional resource for the IOA and by extension IOA customers. The central office will play a key role moving forwards as we respond to the opportunities and challenges that will exist in 2015.”
The team at central office will continue to work closely with the IOA's head office in Aylesford, Kent, he added.
