The 20,000sq.ft F1 X venue will allow guests to experience the Las Vegas Strip Circuit from the driver’s seat in a 4D environment, as well as giving visitors the opportunity to design their own Formula 1 car.

“F1 X will offer an entirely unique way for fans to learn about and engage with F1,” said Emily Prazer, president and CEO of Las Vegas Grand Prix and CCO for Formula 1.

“Whether you are a lifelong fan of the sport or just learning about it, this interactive experience will not only educate on what it takes to be part of F1 but puts you right in the middle of the circuit.

“F1 X lives within the Las Vegas Grand Prix Pit Building and helps further our mission for the sport to have a year-round presence in the destination beyond race weekend."

The experience will be laid out in four distinct sections: Pit Pass, where guests make their own profile for the day; Learn, where visitors will see the 75-year history of the sport with artifacts on display; Create, which lets fans customise the F1 car in a workshop that will be projected onto a Formula 1 car and Experience, the 4D immersive experience.

“The 4D theatre delivers an unparalleled Formula 1 experience through a groundbreaking 4D simulation. Featuring authentic F1 simulator seats, it immerses participants in a high-speed race on the Las Vegas Strip Circuit, enhanced by hyper-realistic visuals, dynamic sound and visceral effects captured on the innovative F1 driver helmet cameras,” the company explained.

Three private event spaces will be available to rent, called the Turn 1 Lounge, the Cool Down Room and the GPP Garage.
