International operator immersive Gamebox has announced the introduction of a new game type to its offering.

Escape AI will launch next week at all of its locations across the world and is the first immersive escape room game from the company. It will be the company’s 8th original game and 13th currently available. The experience was designed to get people to work together to solve puzzles, unlock mysteries and battle enemies.
The game will be a comedic adventure with a dark look at the future of AI. After the mysterious disappearance of an eccentric inventor, guests must use new “Rewinder” simulator technology to go back in time and solve the mystery. Through six mini-games, players must escape the digital nightmare, uncover the mystery and stop the AI in its tracks.
Immersive Gamebox now has locations in the UK, Germany, UAE, Australia, Germany and the US.
David Spindler, CFO of Immersive Gamebox, said: “We're thrilled to unveil the world’s first immersive escape room. This new adventure combines cutting-edge technology with intricate puzzles, offering our players a unique blend of excitement and challenge.
“Our goal is to transport you into a world where you must rely on wit, teamwork and problem-solving skills. We believe this new offering will add something new and different to our expansive library.”
