IAAPI 2012 Mumbai was another positive show, which reinforced that the Indian amusement and leisure industry is booming, according to exhibitor CSML.

"It seems that people have more money to spend," said the company's Rohit Mathur. "This year's show results surpassed our expectations with an almost 30 per cent increase in sales and service inquiries. The customer portfolio has increased vastly and we have noticed many potential buyers not only from the A and B class towns and cities, but also from C towns. There was a stronger presence of international exhibitors like Namco, Sega, LAI and so on and it was overwhelming to see such growth in our small niche industry.

"CSML had a much larger presence at IAAPI this year as we had over 30 pieces of equipment and showed more services to offer. We also had our international counterpart from Brunswick Bowling America and Asia Pacific take part in the show with us. IAAPI is a great platform to keep up with new trends, to catch up with new and emerging manufacturers, exhibitors, visitors and most importantly network."
