IAAPA’s next conference is set to take place in Paris, France, next month, looking at sustainability in attractions.

Taking place from July 9-12, IAAPA Explores: Sustainability is offering a look behind the scenes into some of Europe’s most impressive green initiatives.

New research from IAAPA and LaneTerralever found that four out of five visitors are more likely to remain loyal to attractions and brands that align with their values.

Over the four days, guests will be educated on the latest sustainability trends and what it means for their brand, reputation and bottom line. During the conference they will visit Disneyland Paris, Villages Nature Paris, Futuroscope and Puy Du Fou.

IAAPA president Jakob Wahl said: “Sustainability is absolutely the future of the attractions industry. Our research shows that nearly half of all visitors are willing to pay more to visit an attraction that has a strong commitment to sustainability among target audiences.”
