A new entertainment resort is planned for Commerce, Georgia, US, featuring a pair of water parks, an adventure park and a FEC.

Bear Village

Bear Village Resort’s entertainment options will cover over 200,000sq.ft should fundraising efforts be successful.

Plans for the venue include indoor and outdoor water parks featuring slides, wave pools and a lazy river. On dry land, there will be an adventure park featuring ziplines, rock climbing and obstacle courses. The FEC will also feature the latest arcade games, mini-golf and interactive attractions. For guests who want an adrenaline rush, the venue will feature both indoor and outdoor racing tracks. A themed hotel with 600 rooms will also be located on site.

Webstar Technology Group is the company behind the plans and has filed for a public offering of stock to raise US$10m to develop the resort, which will cost $650m in total.

The company estimates that the project would net revenues of over $75m per year and create a number of jobs in the local economy. Ricardo Haynes, CEO of Webstar Technology Group, said: “This project is a major investment in Commerce, Georgia's, future and we're dedicated to creating a world-class destination that will draw visitors from across the region and beyond.

“Our Regulation-A Tier II public offering is a crucial step in bringing this vision to life.  We look forward to the support of our investors and the community and we are incredibly excited to embark on this journey to create Bear Village Resort.”
