Russell Hoyle stepped down as an executive director at Inspired Gaming Group on October 1.
He will remain chairman and a non-executive director while the group remains in an ‘offer period.’ He will focus on chairing the special committee of the board which was established to review the various expressions of interest received by the company for certain parts of its business and for the group in its entirety.
In a company statement, Inspired said: “There is no certainty that these expressions of interest will lead to an unconditional offer for any particular division, or for the company as a whole, but the discussions surrounding these approaches are progressing with the interested parties.”
