Lee Wild speaks to two of Stern Pinball’s design gurus about creating its latest machine.

Pinball continues to fascinate generations both young and old, but how do these fascinating machines come together? On a quest to find out more, Stern Pinball graciously allowed me to quiz two of their design team for an hour about the company’s latest table, Dungeons & Dragons.
Brian Eddy has spent a life in pinball and games development, first designing and programming tables for a decade in the 90s, before going to work on console and mobile video games during what he called “the downturn.” Six years ago, he made his way back to pinball, joining the Stern team to work on the Stranger Things table as senior game designer.
