A new FEC using the Hasbro licence has opened in Mexico.

Hasbro City, located in Huixquilucan, Greater Mexico City, features a range of attractions including Monopoly The Ride, a suspended roller coaster where passengers can control the speed; Power Rangers Battle, a bumper car attraction where riders join the power rangers in fighting the forces of evil; and Optimus Prime Tower, a 25m tall drop tower.
In addition to the rides, there will also be character shows, skill games and VR attractions.
Matt Proulx, vice president of location-based entertainment at Hasbro, said: “We are excited to welcome guests to Hasbro City and to continue our Blueprint 2.0 strategy offering more meaningful ways for families to engage with our brands.
“New and long-standing fans of Hasbro brands such as Transformers, Monopoly, My Little Pony, G.I. Joe and more can now create lifelong memories for the whole family at this highly themed experience.”
Luis Javier Santoyo, general manager at Hasbro City, added: “Hasbro City was created so that guests can live incredible experiences based on their favourite brands and characters.
“We are proud to open this high-quality family entertainment centre, the first of its kind in Latin America, which brings together attractions based on several of Hasbro’s iconic brands in one place.”
