Seven years into operations, the active entertainment concept is enjoying its global recognition and a steady expansion. “Making it to the Top 100 means that the whole Funtopia team does its job in an excellent way,” said Tania Kishkin, CEO of Funtopia Franchising. “We have built a franchise system that constantly evolves to enhance the experience at our locations. New attractions are regularly presented, new programmes are developed and new ways of engaging with our visitors are implemented.”

The company aims to provide another level of experience thanks to Funtopia+, an  entertainment scoring system. It encourages visitors to invite friends, create clans, compete in special events, gain points to unlock avatars and win special awards.

Future plans for Funtopia include opening its first GCC locations and establishing a state-of-the-art facility in western Europe as well as stepping into the US market on the west coast.
