A former roller skating rink is to get a second lease of life after being transformed into an FEC.

Level Up

Bibb Skate Arena operated in Macon, Georgia, US, for 60 years, before its closure around a decade ago. It will now become a Level Up Family Entertainment Center venue.

The new venue will still offer roller skating, but will also include a fully-stocked arcade, laser tag arena and an indoor playground, according to macon.com.

It will be owned and operated by Joel Shiver, who also operates the nearby Gray-8-Skate Family Entertainment Center.

It is hoped that the venue will be open by August.
