The Feria Andaluza del Recreativo, otherwise known as the Malaga show, was held in the Spanish city's luxurious exhibition complex this week, and closes this evening.
One hundred and twelve exhibitors, representing nearly all of the big suppliers in Spain, took space at the show, which is regarded as Spain’s ‘second’ show, after the September Madrid FER.
The tenor of the show was very upbeat which reflects Spain’s current position as one of the two big AWP markets in Europe (with Germany).
Strangely missing was GIgames, one of the regular major exhibitors at
the show. This perhaps reflects the view held by some, that despite the upbeat mood in Spain currently, the country really doesn’t need two shows.
A full report on the event will appear in InterGame April issue.
