Felix Group's chief executive Richard Rose has quit after the UK-based company went into administration this week.

Following less than pleasing results from trials of its digital kiosk and vending machine, the Max Box, the company will stop all funding to trading subsidiary Felix Corporation and said the business model was no longer viable.

Around 120 Max Boxes were operating in UK pubs and high street retailers.
Felix made a pre-tax loss of £5.7m in the year to the end of May on sales of just £81,000.
